The cost of your consultation is £55.00 (payable on booking) which includes ear wax removal of one or both ears. If, having checked your ears we find there is no wax present, a GP referral letter along with supporting images can be supplied to you on request and there is no additional charge for this. The £55.00 consultation charge is non-refundable but your appointment can be re-arranged (within 30 days of the original booking) as long as we are notified by yourself at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Please note that we cannot offer ear wax removal treatment for anyone under the age of 18 years old.

We strongly recommend that you apply wax softening ear drops to your ears at least 3-5 consecutive days / nights prior to your appointment to ensure that any ear wax is soft enough to be comfortably removed (unless you have been previously told not to by either an ENT consultant or your GP).
